Shipping and Returns

The following Shipping & Returns policy governs your purchases of Herbae Thylacini products on our website; www.herbaethylacini.com.au. Please read this information carefully before purchasing our products. This policy may change and it is your responsibility to check for any updates prior your purchase. By purchasing our products you indicate that you agree with the following Shipping & Returns policy & our Terms & Conditions.

- SHIPPING METHODS
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post. Please, be aware that we currently ship within Australia only. However, do not hesitate to contact us for international orders.

- SHIPPING COSTS
To keep things simple, we have a straight-forward shipping policy. We offer the following FLAT RATES:

- Standard delivery: $5
- Express delivery: $12
- FREE SHIPPING (Standard delivery) on orders over $80

- Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our serene location on Bruny Island. If you select this option, we will send you directions by e-mail.

- TIMING
We are committed to process each order within 48h. We dispatch orders between Monday and Friday.

- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
- Express delivery: 2-4 business days

Please, be aware that these timeframes serve as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any deliveries not received in this time. We reserve the right of our discretion to replace lost items.

- FAULTY GOODS
While we pride ourselves with our precision formulations, be aware that there may be slight variations from batch to batch. These include appearance, consistency, and/or smell. This is completely normal and due to:
- the nature of the materials and ingredients used to create our products;
- our products being fully hand-crafted;
- our products being manufactured in small batches to ensure their freshness & high quality.

However, if you think your product has a serious problem or the packaging is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please, be aware that items that are damaged as a result of incorrect usage will not be considered faulty.

- RETURNS POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) for an exchange or refund excluding shipping costs, provided:
- it is within 21 days of receipt of your order;
- it is following a timely return of the products purchased.

Agreed refunds will be processed promptly, however, they may take up to 30 days to be received. Refunds will be made using the same method you had used while paying for the order. Replacements will be processed in line with our standard shipping and handling times.
