The following Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy governs your purchases of Herbae Thylacini product and services s on our website; www.herbaethylacini.com.au. Please read this information carefully before purchasing our products. This policy may change and it is your responsibility to check for any updates prior your purchase. By purchasing our products you indicate that you agree with the following Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy and our Terms & Conditions.

SHIPPING METHODS

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post. Please, be aware that we currently ship within Australia only.

SHIPPING COSTS

Your shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the final parcel; 3 rates are calculated for standard and express delivery:

- Standard delivery: $12, $15 or $19
- Express delivery: $16, $19 or $25

TIMING

We are committed to processing each order within 48h. We dispatch orders between Monday and Friday.

- Standard delivery: 2-7 business days
- Express delivery: 1-4 business days

Please, be aware that these time frames serve as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any deliveries not received in this time. We reserve the right of our discretion to replace lost items.

CANCELLATIONS

Please, take your time to select our products. Once you complete your order, no cancellations are possible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Please, make sure your shipping details are correct. We cannot be held liable for any products not received due to incorrect shipping details.

FAULTY GOODS

While we pride ourselves with our precision formulations, be aware that there may be slight variations from batch to batch. These include appearance, consistency, and/or smell. This is completely normal and due to

  1. the nature of the materials and ingredients used to create our products,
  2. our products being fully hand-crafted,
  3. our products being manufactured in small batches to ensure their freshness and high quality.

However, if you think your product has a serious problem or the packaging is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please, be aware that items that are damaged as a result of incorrect usage will not be considered faulty.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) for an exchange or refund excluding shipping costs, provided: it is within 7 days of receipt of your order AND it is following a timely return of the products purchased.

Agreed refunds will be processed promptly, however, they may take up to 30 days to be received. Refunds will be made using the same method you had used while paying for the order. Replacements will be processed in line with our standard shipping and handling times.

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE COURSES

Please ensure you have read through all the information about our online courses thoroughly and are able to commit the time involved in completing a course.

Refunds are not available for change of mind or change in circumstances. According to the Australian Consumer Law, refunds are only available if the course does not deliver the promised information.

If you are not satisfied with the Herbal Skin Craft course on the above grounds, you may request a refund within 14 days of Part 1 (Galenic Formulation in Herbal Skin Care) taking place.

If you are not satisfied with any other course on the above grounds, you may request a refund within 7 days of the course taking place. 

Refunds are NOT available for lay-by payments!
