Our herbal Nappy Balm is full to the brim with rich herbal extracts. Lemon balm, calendula and chamomile have been selected for their exquisite ability to soothe inflammation, redness and irritation and to calm the skin. Chickweed is a fine lunar plant which cares for individuals as delicate as herself. It tempers overheated, itchy and irritated skin.
Our Nappy Balm also contains a large amount of protective beeswax. In combination with the medicinal herbs, this allows the Nappy Balm to primarily protect the skin against nappy rash. However, your baby's bottom is not where the use of this versatile Balm ends!
More than a Nappy Balm
The Nappy Balm will soothe and protect irritated skin anywhere on the body with the same vigor. Thanks to its content of zinc oxide, it is especially well suited to areas that get moist. Think eczema in skin folds, between fingers or around lips that get licked often.
Scent and consistency
The Nappy Balm has a mild herbal scent and contains no nut oils and no essential oils. It has a consistency of creamed honey and glides on like butter.
How To Use
I have been using it since my friends brought it from Hobart, and love it!
This is such a potent healing balm for stressed out bottoms – I loved the unique, herb scent and the powerful, reparative ingredients. My extended family members were drawn to this one not just to soothe and recover the baby’s bottom but as a cure-all, for all ages. The founder’s dedication and passion is obvious in this beautifully sophisticated formulation. The brand’s policies and philosophies are really well considered and thorough, and even more commendable given the scale of the business
This balm has a really luscious texture that reminds me of creamed honey, but it soaks into the skin beautifully. It isn’t particularly perfumed which is great. I have used it on my baby’s entire body and my toddlers scratches. I also love the Tasmanian Tiger awareness that the brand highlights, especially with its link to the environment and traditional knowledge systems.
This product on the skin felt nice, had a subtle scent and didn’t leave too much residue on the skin when washed off. I also love that the products are Australian made and mostly from Australian sourced ingredients from local farmers and Indigenous communities.
I've been using the nappy balm on my cracked lips and some cuts and it's working fab, which is why I have been recommending it to our customers. So nice and soothing!
